45 into a new me!!

Yep, 45 day streak logging and tracking. I also hit 20 workouts using the MapMyWalk ap. Kinda fun when you are congratulated for the little things. A very big thing is that yesterday, I found a pair of 14 jeans from Old Navy. They were up in my bin of clothes. Mostly things too small but still in great/new condition. Up there waiting for the day I was small enough to put them back on. Sunday was the day for those jeans. I pulled them up without wiggling my butt around. I buttoned them without doing squats to stretch them out. I sat without the button digging into my waist. And like every woman I never have two of the same pairs that fit exactly the same. I have been in a 18/16 when I started this. Now I feel I am starting to move into 16/14 range(some of my 14s are pretty loose). These are the smallest 14's that I have so it felt good to get them on and feel good walking around in them.

On Sunday I noticed on FB my friend had posted how it was just her and 1 out of her 3 kids, hanging out. So I invited her and little one on my walk. Another mutual friend saw and comment about coming so the 3 of us moms walked about 3 miles together. The time went by fast and it was fun. We are going to try and get together a few times a week. Tonight it will just be two of us walking but still, I am looking forward to it. As long as the weather is decent and not raining.

We grilled yesterday so I was ahead of the game and packed a pretty good lunch for today. If the weather messes up my walk I will have to tread at home. Yuck. I hate that option. The only real issue with being outside now is the damn monster size mosquitoes. Little jerks are nasty.

Update-my walk with my friend was great. The bugs did attack us and her little one so we left the trail and went walking through the town and the different neighborhoods.  It was fun and I still I got my miles in. Of course I was STARVING when I got home. I had some fresh lettuce and chives from my garden that I wanted to use so I made a salad. I measured 4oz of steak, sliced a tomato and tossed in some cheese. Topped with a bit light ranch it was perfect. I had a sweet tooth after that I killed with some yogurt.

Now I could of had a shake but I earned 606 calories from walking so I went for a fuller meal instead. Even after that salad and the yogurt-I have 646 calories left. My goal is 1250, I ate 1419 for the day and earned a total of 815 when you factor in all of my activity of the day. Now I don't count it all-just what I earn on my walks and I only eat 200 of those earned calories.

Now I am going to call it a night.

Isa-Day 6 Pt 2...

Part 2 just means I did my 30 days on Isa and now I am breaking it now down by 2 weeks instead of 30 days. I have logged into MyFitnessPal for 43 days in a row. I am officially 12 pounds smaller. I have energy like no other and I sleep like the dead at night.  Oh I sleep so good!

And I have this to share with you today. 100% credit goes to the person who posted it.
Isagenix in a nutshell!!
You have friends, family, co-workers using Isagenix products and getting great results, but you're wondering...WHAT IS ISAGENIX?
Isagenix is an organic "food system" that takes a balanced lifestyle approach to better supporting the body's natural cleansing and replenishing needs. It is NOT a "diet" BUT a sustainable "lifestyle", NOT a "weight-loss program" BUT a "body composition system" that builds muscle while burning fat, and NOT a "fast or detox program" BUT a "nutritional cleanse" that supports the body's natural cleansing/replenishing processes with whole-food nutrition. As the world's first & only "total body, deep cellular nutritional cleansing and replenishing system" it delivers many unique and diverse benefits for EVERY single cell and organ system from athletes to non-athletes... It is such a comprehensive system adaptable to ALL ages, genders, body types, activity levels and goals it is difficult to simplify too much beyond this. However, it is SIMPLY AMAZING and the only way to know how great you'll feel is to try it for yourself. Get it in your body and see for yourself how INCREDIBLE you can feel and look!

I can testify that I feel different than I did before I started on ISA on May 21. I don't feel I am missing out on anything. I am not starving. I am not all run down and exhausted. I feel great and eat pretty decently. And it is so flexible. I have coffee every day. I drink my water with packets of flavor in it. I ate out at HuHots today. I also biked 9 miles today. And I am seeing results when I look in the mirror. I know it isn't for every body but I needed it. I needed the results to keep pushing me forward. To keep me going at it.

If you need ISA. Let me know. I am glad that I finally got the courage to reach out and ask.

Pt 2-D 5

Feeling a ok today as well. Lunch plans worked great yesterday. Both DH and I got salads, he went with ranch but for me that is like a gateway drug. I did have a nice light Italian dressing. But the ranch looked so good. I also had some green peach tea. All in all a great plan and I am glad that I stuck with it. I am also happy with my DH's support. He doesn't question what I eat or how much I am eating. There really are no more remarks about me working out. I push for 5 days week and that is what I get done. But there is a different attitude with him regarding my health lately. Which is nice. He can be a jerk with no emotion. But then again, he is a guy.

I ended up leaving work to go home to come back to work. No actual working out for me last night. And things are going great, I think, using the CFL in the morning and at night. I like to think in my head it is working but who knows. I need to plan for a 2 day cleanse and just do it. Since I skipped my two workouts for the week already, I have to get them done Saturday and Sunday. I think it is going to be too hard and draining to cleanse and get a hour workout done. Unless I do a bunch of strength training those two days instead....something to look into for sure.

Lunch today was WAY over my little 400-600 range. However, with a shake for dinner I will still be within my 1250 calories for the day. I am already thinking that this week will be a maintain. Such is the way it goes. Gotta push it next week that much harder now.
