Part 2 just means I did my 30 days on Isa and now I am breaking it now down by 2 weeks instead of 30 days. I have logged into MyFitnessPal for 43 days in a row. I am officially 12 pounds smaller. I have energy like no other and I sleep like the dead at night. Oh I sleep so good!
And I have this to share with you today. 100% credit goes to the person who posted it.
Isagenix in a nutshell!!
You have friends, family, co-workers using Isagenix products and
getting great results, but you're wondering...WHAT IS ISAGENIX?
Isagenix is an organic "food system" that takes a balanced lifestyle
approach to better supporting the body's natural cleansing and
replenishing needs. It is NOT a "diet" BUT a sustainable "lifestyle",
NOT a "weight-loss program" BUT a "body composition system" that builds
muscle while burning fat, and NOT a "fast or detox program"
BUT a "nutritional cleanse" that supports the body's natural
cleansing/replenishing processes with whole-food nutrition. As the
world's first & only "total body, deep cellular nutritional
cleansing and replenishing system" it delivers many unique and diverse
benefits for EVERY single cell and organ system from athletes to
non-athletes... It is such a comprehensive system adaptable to ALL ages,
genders, body types, activity levels and goals it is difficult to
simplify too much beyond this. However, it is SIMPLY AMAZING and the
only way to know how great you'll feel is to try it for yourself. Get it
in your body and see for yourself how INCREDIBLE you can feel and look!
I can testify that I feel different than I did before I started on ISA on May 21. I don't feel I am missing out on anything. I am not starving. I am not all run down and exhausted. I feel great and eat pretty decently. And it is so flexible. I have coffee every day. I drink my water with packets of flavor in it. I ate out at HuHots today. I also biked 9 miles today. And I am seeing results when I look in the mirror. I know it isn't for every body but I needed it. I needed the results to keep pushing me forward. To keep me going at it.
If you need ISA. Let me know. I am glad that I finally got the courage to reach out and ask.
