24 days in, 20 on ISA

Morning Already.....Looking back on my weekend I did plan poorly, made some rash choices BUT I think it could of been worse. The old me would of kept going downhill after every choice. Not the me now. It was get back up and try again.

Downed the Supreme(gag), made my shake at work, Vanilla with a orange energy powder, it was a free sample, tasted too orange for me but whatever. I slept for about 3 hours total last night, maybe 4. It was a tough weekend. I have the FB sleep pattern to prove it.

Yesterday I took my oldest, 13 year old daughter, to Bible Camp. For a week. No cell phone, no way for her to check in with me or me with her. Now I know this isn't collage but it was still a big deal for me. And for her. She was very nervous. She has never been gone without family for this long. She barely knows her Sunday School classmates so even though they were going to be there also, she was still unsure about it all. Plus she is a drama queen with little regard to thinking before acting, still acts out when she doesn't get her way and honestly despite being top of her class when it comes to grades, she is behind socially and with common sense. So I worried all night about her. Praying she would fit in and not embarrass herself. Praying she doesn't get sick or hurt or lost.

Hopefully the week will go fast and when I get her she will say that everything was great and amazing. One can only hope.

Lunch plans today are a shake and a nap in my car. No joke, I even brought one of my roll/fold up blankets from 31.

Dinner is grilled chicken salad with my fresh lettuce from the garden. Yum. And a walk. Trying new shoes tonight, new different shoes that is. Normally they are the ones I wear on my treadmill but my right foot goes numb and tingly about 1/2 way though my walk so I want to see if the shoes make the difference.

Later.....Lunch was perfect. Shake and a nap, doesn't get much better than that. I could of used another hour though.

Dinner was a kickass walk. No really, it was. I jammed to the 80's and just kept on going with my intent to walk 4 miles. I walked two, turned around and took some scenic routes back home.

I kinda dread getting my walk started and then once I get going I just enjoy it so much. Dinner ended up being grilled chicken in a wrap with the salad inside. I need to make up calories too cause I am way too short for it to be a healthy negative. Maybe strawberries and yogurt?

I am also hoping the walk will help me relax and fall asleep easier.
