40 days!!!

Yep, that is right. I have logged onto MFP for 40 days in a R O W!

Yesterday on my way home I decided I wanted to try biking again. So I asked my older daughter if she wanted to come with. I am glad that I did. Again, it's a nice change, a hour biking burns about the same calories as a hour walk. But I feel that it works different muscles. I should probably start doing some strength training at some point to smooth out the lines and help define my waist and arms more. But anyhow, we biked for a hour last night which felt amazing. I am not sore at all, pretty different change from the 1st time I was on the bike not too long ago.

However, today I am feeling gross inside. Like bloated and icky. To be 100% honest, I haven't been taking the Isa Flush at night. Taken at night on a empty stomach is suppose to help you stay on track. And I am pretty sure that is my issue.

I packed a delicious salad with fresh lettuce and chives from my garden for lunch. Hopefully I feel good enough to eat it.

I noticed in the mirror last night that my sides getting smaller, more defined. Even my DH has noticed that. Of course it depends on the clothing I wear but it's something.
