Although this does slightly confuse me that it's 14 days on ISA today but two weeks on it tomorrow. Too much thinking about it? Lack of sleep from a late night? Or the bad crap in the McD's wrap I had messing with my brain cells?
Coffee and shake are done. No go on the Supreme this morning. I was way too tired to mix it and shove it down.
I am planning a all shake day today with yogurt and grapefruit as my snacks. I am working late...again. But if things go well I will head out a hour early and get my walk done. My clothes are packed and ready to go. I did get on the scale...bad. But it was up 1 pound(salt I am sure) but I feel my pants are a bit loose than they were last week. I am going to measure tomorrow morning to see where I am at.
Afternoon everyone-or no one....still doing great with the all shake day today. I passed up pizza, nice little victory for me. I have my yogurt and grapefruit for snack in a bit here and another shake for the way home.
So change of plans after I got home. I tossed on my clothes and went for my walk. I can not tell you how much I really enjoy being outside walking. And how much I love the MapMyWalk ap. I took a few detours along my walk, it was longer to walk through the cemetery and less stinky for example. The trail from my house to the start of the main trail goes past the waste water treatment plant for Land O Lakes and the City and there is a swampy marsh along there as well. Anyhow, it's not pleasant to breathe in-like rotting porta potties. So a few extra steps won't hurt anyone and the fresher air is so much better. My walk was 3.87 miles and I hit my step goal of 13,000 and I burned 480 calories. :)
Plus I sleep like the dead after being outside.
Time for my dinner/shake and then to bed.
