1st of all yet me tell you about the shake last night. I used the chocolate and added coconut extract. O M Geeeeeee! Like drinking a smooth Mounds Bar. Delicious!
So I measured this morning and I WISH I had brought the sheet of paper with the 1st measurements on it to work. I forgot. Anyhow I am down 1 inch in my arms and 5 along my waist. Nice! I wonder what the next two weeks will be like. I am a bit frustrated with last week and the lack of walking I got in cause I worked late.
Lunch today will be a frozen processed Lean Cuisine. I wasn't up early enough to prep decently. But it's a better option than fast food drive thru. And it was pretty decent. I did get a 1/2 cup of pineapple from the store earlier. That was really good. I had my yogurt for a snack.
I got home from work and spent 2 hours in my yard planting and watering flowers. I was exhausted and my back was killing me so I skipped the walk. Plus I was so low on my calorie intake for the day I really didn't want to burn anything and then replace them before bed. 1300 calories a day and I have over 600 left. Not ideal.
My shake tonight was chocolate with raspberry extract. :)
