Tomorrow I will share with you the results including the measurements I took.
Last night I had sooo much fun with my GF's. We drank way too much wine but it was a blast. With that being said, I had a clear enough mind to pack my healthy snacks, shakes and workout clothes for today. One fun night can't be the excuse to send you off the track. And it was sooo much fun. But pushing onto today now.
I will shake for lunch and dinner(before my walk) healthy snacks between and walking my 4 miles tonight. I am very thirsty today which is bad if I want to walk 4 miles. No place to go on the trail. That is my only concern. We shall see how it goes and what tomorrow brings.
Well I did my walk and it felt great. Really buggy but very satisfying. Having some yogurt and going to bed.
