21th day of ISA

I think that I am going to have more ISA supplies than the 30 day system supplies. Day 30 is the 19th of June and I know that I am going to have more past that. I am also wondering at this point, what do I order for the next 90 days. I also need to get another deep 2 day cleanse in before the 19. Actually since I know I am going to have more shakes on hand, I could do the cleanse at the end of the 30 days. So not this weekend but the next. Then start another 30 days after that. I know I want more of the shakes of course. And the cleanse but this time the powder form. I am sure I can skip the Supreme. Gag. Although today I added my ounce in a 10 oz water bottle and a few squirts of lemon juice and it did go down better. This is the product description from my Back Office....Ionix Supreme is a nutrient-rich herbal tonic infused with natural vitamins, minerals and plant-based Adaptogens– perfect for combating the effects of stress and fatigue. Ionix is a powerful asset for building endurance and improving overall personal performance. So what I gather is that it is like morning wake up juice. It's full of B vitamins and Zinc so that makes sense. But I just don't see the outright benefits for weight loss. And my energy is still that 6oz of coffee in the morning before I have my shake. AND I am still loosing weight with the coffee. So the shakes for sure. Each canister has 14 servings and is about $40. Chocolate and vanilla are the only flavors which is ok cause you can add fruit(count the calories) or extracts to up the flavor. Boring gets old and that leads to falling hard off the wagon.

I am really pushing to be into a new decade when I have my WI on Saturday. I plan on another lovely walk tonight, my hour walk has turned into 2 miles out and then a bunch of off paths which push it close to a 5 mile walk. I just need to remember to eat something decent when I get back so I am not starving in the morning when I get up.

Evening thoughts...well I had a small salad for dinner. Under 400 calories and it was what I needed to fuel my walk. And now I am chugging water and snacking on my trail mix. It was the trail mix or the pie that DH bought this weekend. Chocolate peanut butter pie which is heaven. So the 210 calorie serving of trail mix is a better option. The best option, of course not but it will kill the cravings.

My walk was great tonight except for the bugs. I even sprayed myself with Off but the little flies were nasty. I wanted to turn around and go home about 10 min in but I didn't. I did 4.4 mile that according to my apps burned 583 calories. So that was reason #2 I needed the trail mix, I didn't want two days in a row with a huge calorie negative from working out.

Now I am ready for bed. My water is down and I am very happy with my day.
