Pt 2, Day 2

After that carb disaster of a lunch yesterday, I changed into my workout clothes, left my little daughter with my DH and headed out the door. A brief rain storm had came through and it was slightly cooler. My walk was very productive although I think that at some point on the trail, the GPS looses me and it messes with my time and calories burned. Since I really only eat about 200 of those that I earn I don't think that it is messing things up to much. But I will have to keep my eye on it.

My shake last night was so good. I took about a cup of ice cubes and 2 scoops of chocolate powder. I added water and mint extract. It was like drinking a thin mint. Cool, refreshing and perfect.

I packed my lunch before I headed out the door. Turkey lettuce wraps.

Looking forward to my walk tonight as some down time. Although my laundry is getting neglected.
