Has it really been 25 days?

Really? 25 days with ISA? I can't believe that since I have so much left of the canisters. They lasted more than 2 weeks. Although if I really think about it, 2 of those days I did a deep cleanse with no shakes which is 2 extra days of meals and on the weekends I have been just taking one for breakfast and then going with the flow for the rest of the day. Yesterday and today being perfect examples of that.

Yesterday it was a shake for breakfast and then off to work. Work was Fazoli's. All pasta. And good pasta at that. BUT I already knew that we were going to grill turkey burgers for dinner so I had a house salad-lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, with Italian dressing.  Here is where I went wrong...I didn't measure the salad OR look at what kind of dressing-creaming or light or fat free. So I guess on that with MFP. And then I went wrong by having 3 breadsticks. But I counted every single one I ate.

Dinner was good-the buns I got were way too many calories but I was in a hurry and didn't plan correctly. But I did log it all. Even the few tator tots I had.

Moving onto today-shake for breakfast only today I mixed it with iced coffee. Ohhhh I am such a bad ass I know! Anyhow it was divine. Lunch was a cluster cause it was a family birthday party. So everything was homemade and I guess at what the serving sizes were and the closest items I could find in the database. Like my moms amazing pasta salad. According to my guessing, I ate over 1400 calories with lunch alone. I am hoping I overestimated MORE than I actually ate.

After we got home I got this WILD idea that I wanted to bike today instead of walk. So I talked my 13 year old into going with me. She set her alarm for 30 min, I put my FB in my pants pocket and turned on the MMW ap but found biking so it could count calories pretty closely to what I was actually doing. We rode 8.82 miles in 66 minuets and I burned 490 calories. So I think that since the calories are pretty comparable I am going to keep biking in my routine. It does use different muscles so that is a benefit. I for sure am going to walk on Friday's after work cause it is easy.  I am going to make s schedule at work tomorrow for rotating the bike and walking. With my oldest having softball games Mon & Wed I have to factor that location in. Unless I sit those two nights out and work out 5 days which should be plenty.

Anyhow here are pictures from today's adventure. I need to whip up a shake and be done for the night.
